Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, but I’m here to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. You’re welcome to reach out for a free and confidential initial chat, where we can discuss your needs and how I might be able to support you.
Sessions last 50 minutes, with a session fee of £60, offering a dedicated time and space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in depth.
I offer in-person sessions in London, Hainault at TherapEast, or virtual sessions.
